Hiding is not a place, short story

The man went to the bar to get drunk, and after a few drinks, he complained to the bartender about the tragic experience of the previous two days. That day, he chatted with a blonde in a bar, and the blonde asked him if he would like to go to the hotel. The man excitedly followed the girl. But as soon as he entered the hotel room, he heard a key sound at the door. The girl said that it was her boyfriend who came back and told the man to hide quickly. The man had to climb out of the window and grab the window frame with both hands, and the whole person hung there.

The man took a sip of wine and continued, “A few seconds later, I heard that guy open the door. As soon as he entered, he shouted,’ You fox, who were you with just now?’ Then, he searched around the room. Soon, I heard the guy ask,’ What’s hanging over the window?’ Fortunately, the girl’s quick wits diverted his attention, so he didn’t continue to search. “The bartender smiled and said,” Aren’t you lucky? ”

“Don’t mention it!” The man shook his head and sighed, “Later, that guy actually poured a pot of boiling hot water out of the window. You see, my whole scalp was burned to a second degree!” The bartender exclaimed, “Oh, I would be mad.”

“No, it hasn’t really depressed me.” The man sighed, “Then, the guy slammed the window. Look, my fingers were crushed to pieces.” The bartender looked at the man’s hand and said, “Yes, I can see why you are so depressed.”

The man waved his hand and said, “No! This is not what really depresses me. ” “Oh, what the hell is that?”

The man sighed and said, “I grabbed the window frame desperately, but when I looked back, I found myself only about six inches from the ground!” “
